Overview

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include gift cards and change of mind purchases.

Refunds

At our discretion, we may offer a refund in certain circumstances, however, typically we do not offer refunds. If you are approved for a refund/exchange, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at artbykatmac@gmail.com if you need to exchange your purchase. Please include the reason for exchange and any supporting documents such as proof of purchase and photographs of any damage. We will respond within 1 business day.

Shipping returns

To return your product due to confirmed defect or damage, we will arrange to pick-up your item from its original delivery location.
